Mid-Senior HVAC Engineer 

• 7-10+ Years of Experience designing HVAC systems, experience in Healthcare Facilities is preferred
• BSME or equivalent experience, PE licensure preferred
• Lead the technical development of HVAC systems for large and complex projects including Science & Technology, Academic, and Commercial sector.
• Formulate design criteria, perform calculations, develop concept designs, specifications, and construction documents for high performance building systems 
• Supervise and effectively manage technical development throughout all phases of design assuring tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and good engineering practice.
• Technically involved in the resolution of design problems that may include performing filed investigation or inspections
• Knowledge and experience with mechanical calculations, equipment selection, ductwork layout, hydronic systems, and construction documents.
• Understand Revit to allow leadership and direction for the design teams.
• Attend field visits, develop visit reports, meet with contractors, as necessary.
• Must be able to travel in Phila to NJ – NY City Corridor for Site Survey Work
• Mentor Junior HVAC Engineers.
• Salary Range $110,000-$150,000

Entry Level Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer

• 0-3 Years of Experience designing Plumbing and Fire Protection MEP systems
• BSME or equivalent experience
• Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) certification is preferred but not required
• Proficient understanding of Revit is preferred but not required
• Work alongside senior staff to develop plumbing and fire protection design calculations and drawings
• Develop strong understanding of project process, industry standards and drawing development
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work independently as required
• Must be able to travel in Phila to NJ Corridor for Site Survey Work
• Salary Range $70,000-$90,000
