Mr. McArdle has accumulated over 22 years of experience in the design of HVAC systems and Building Energy Systems including Level Two Energy Audits, performing life cycle cost analysis, programming, master utility planning, mechanical systems studies, auotmation systems planning, design and documentation, cost estimating, preparation of final engineering specifications and construction drawings, and construction administration/systems start-up support.

His project experience includes educational, commercial, healthcare, biomedical research, research & development, pharmaceutical, government, and manufacturing facilities.
